19U SECURITY STATUS

 

Ed has completed the 19U security set-ups in all of the 19U teams

Chuck and Ed are updating the “Security Datamart” nightly

     Reminder that the “COE” needs to be completed BEFORE” the

      “BGC” and “CST” steps

 

1) Security has been set up for all coaches that have completed the three

     Step background checks at the 19U level

2) Coaches can check their security status using the “Security Datamart” 

     Link on the state home page

3) Many coaching status’ have changed, (“GM”, “HC”, “AC”), contact Ed

     If you still need to make a change

4) Remember that only one person from each team can have “Roster Access”
5) 17U security set-ups will be started on Saturday afternoon

6) If a coach does not appear on your 19U team and you need them added,

     Send an email to Ed
