Starting in 2025, we have a new procedure for loading rosters

 

Prior to 2025, GM's had the ability to "trade" players between their 19U and 17U teams.

Gm's could "Trade" a players between their 19U and 17U teams

Didn't really handle "Double Rostering" well

Didn't handle 15U and/or 13U movements

 

New Roster rule for under 19U rosters

EXCEPT for 19U teams, Legion Rosters can contain more then 18 active players

Only 18 players can be active for any game

This made the "trade" function more cumbersome and time consuming (Waiting for Ed)

 

New for 2025

At the 2025 Season Summit

Len Lampugnale pointed out how player movements were going to be

Len asked if there was a way to automate the "Player Movement" procedure

Len suggested the the webmaster rebuild the process

 

NEW PROCESS

Players will still fill out the online Form 2

The webmaster, will still run the Autocrat Form 2 "Distribution" to GM's

The process of loading those players to the appropriate team roster will continue

NOW, the webmaster will load ALL program teams with the same players

 

Example

Let's say your program has a 19U, and 15U team

The webmaster will load players that submitted online Form 2's to BOTH the 19U and 15U rosters

 

Let's say that your program has 19U, 17U, 15U, and 13U teams

The webmaster will load players that submitted online Form 2's to ALL 19U, 17U, 15U, and 13U teams

 

Let's say that your program has two 17U teams and one 13U team

That's correct, the webmaster will load players that submitted online Form 2's to both 17U teams and your 13U team

 

THE RESULT

GM's will no longer have to deal with "Trading" Playes

Players submitting online Form 2's will be loaded into ALL of your program teams

To adjust a team roster, all the GM needs to do is "Innactivate" the players he doesn't want on that team

GM's can "Reactivate" or ask that any player with an active Form 2 be reloaded
