Fallball

2022

First practice is Wednesday August 17.

Players born 2004-2010 can play, there are 3 different age levels.

2022 Players whose parents live in Bloomfield. Suffield, Windsor, and Windsor Locks born from 2003-2009 are elgible to play. Most u17 players are born 2005, 2006. If interested contact Dave Farr dfarralbb@aol.com, or text 860-819-0992.

2020

The NCL team participated this summer in the CT Elite baseball league. In a 8 team play -off they beat number 2 seed Orange and reached the semi Finals of the tournament. Congrats to Coach Bibisi squad.

 

Fallball try-outs for players born in 2003 and 2004

are Wednesday August 21 and Thursday August 22.

Try-outs will be at Veterans Memorial Park at 6Pm

 

August 16,2019

Aaron Civale list his second major league game to the Yankees. In 24 innings Aaron has Allowed 4 earned runs.

Yesterday Robbie Hitt pitched a scoreless inning.

For the summer Robbie ERA is 2.92.

 

August 13,2019

Alumni update

Aaron Civale after 3 Starts with Cleveland Indians is 1-1.

He has allowed  2 runs in 18 innings.

Jack Patterson recently won his first game for Tennessee Smokies.

His record at 3 different levels is 8-1 with a 1.76 E.RA.

 

   6/22/2019    Great news former Post 36 player Aaron Civali  promoted to Big Leagues,he will pitch against Detroit today

What does that mean

Roster spots are available for players whose parents live in

• Bloomfield
• Windsor
• Suffield
• Windsor Locks

East Windsor players who previously played for Windsor Locks Post 36 may also return

New East Windsor players must play for South Windsor.

Congratulations to Aaron Civale (2013) Post 36

 

Aaron was the 92nd over-all pick in the 2016 MLB Draft, selected by the Cleveland Indians.

 

Cleveland Indians Press Release: With their Third Round (92nd overall) selection in the 2016 First-Year Player draft the Indians selected RHP AARON CIVALE, 20, out of Northeastern University.  Civale went 9-3 with a 1.73 ERA (114.1IP, 91H, 22ER, 22BB, 121SO).  The junior converted reliever ranked among the top 15 Division I pitchers in innings (2nd), strikeouts (7th) and ERA (13th).  After the season he was named a 2016 Louisville Slugger Third Team All-American and CAA Co-Pitcher of the Year.
