PLEASE BRING BIRTH CERTIFCATE FOR ALL NEW PLAYERS TO PROGRAM

WE ALSO ASK FOR A PAYMENT OF $250

( DEPOSIT )  THAT NIGHT.

WE WILL COLLECTING ALL UNIFORM INFO.
